Latitude and Longitude

In this activity, we will help to build your understanding of latitude and longitude by finding the absolute location of all of the points visited by Matt in his dancing video. You have been assigned either number 1, 2 or 3. Please click on the correct number below and find the latitude and longitude of the locations mentioned in the form. You can use any resources to find this information.

 

You could, for example, perform a Google Search for the location you're looking for. Then, using a tool like http://www.findlatitudeandlongitude.com/, you can locate the absolute location. But, again, you may use any tool available to find this information.

 

Some locations are not cities, but landmarks within that country. If this is the case, simply find the coordinates to the middle of that country.
